current mood: hopeful current weigh-in: 265 lbs. current goal: 15 lbs. ideal weight/goal: 150 lbs. I am finally getting serious about my weight loss, so I have started this diary to record my successes. A while back, I found an image generator (thanks to fat-to-thin for the URL to the image generator) that shows what my body type looks like now at my current weight of 265 lbs.: 
And this image shows what I will look like when I get to my goal weight of 150 lbs.: 
What a remarkable difference! Here are some things that I am doing to help with my weight loss: 1. Drinking water instead of sweet tea and soft drinks. 2. Walking every day. 3. Using my Windsor Pilates tapes 3 times a week. 4. Following a balanced diet. I plan on updating this at least once a week to record my weigh-ins and any successes/problems that I may have along the way.
